I know how easy it is to get caught in a constant rhythm of doing, thinking, and moving from one thing to the next. Sunday often feels like the only moment to pause, but it passes quickly, and the week starts again.
This is why I created this experience. A way to use your Sunday differently. To step out of your routine, move your body, clear your mind, and reset your nervous system in a natural way.
Through movement and breath, supported by nature, you’ll create space, release tension, and come back to yourself.
We’ll finish with a relaxed brunch, simple, nourishing, and unhurried.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more energised, and ready for the week ahead.
